Start with your written order documents.
The warranty terms supplied with your accepted quote, sales order, or invoice control your purchase. Product, location, and project terms can vary. Contact Amen Church Seating if you need a copy of the terms that apply to your order.
Important: A warranty is not a promise against normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, improper storage, or unsuitable environmental conditions. Eligibility must be reviewed and confirmed.
When your chairs arrive

Photograph the shipment, packaging, labels, and any damage. Note visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
